Parker and I were talking earlier and I was telling him how I envision our retirement years together which basically involves a large piece of land somewhere in northern Az. and a whole lot of peace and quiet. Not totally off the grid but close. When I finished with my vision, I asked Parker what he envisions. He said that what I said sounded pretty good to him. So I said, "don't you have any dreams?" He told me that I've fulfilled every dream he's ever had and as long as the future includes me he will be happy.

Damn I love that man!

Well, now it's just that I've been being lazy! LOL Gimini's computer is back up, kinda. It's so friggin slow though that it may as well be down still. Jadynn is back up too but prolly just stuck on bingo.com... which I must admit can be really addictive... I get lost there once in a while myself. *grin* Gimini doesn't, computer is too friggin slow. I need to work on getting her on the broadband...

In other news, I now have the ability to post pictures up to the site using hello and blogger, heck I think I could even do it from my cell phone as well. Once in a while I'm going to post a picture to this blog. I'm still going to put albums up as well, picasa will be a great help with that little venture too. Now all I have to do is get off my lazy but and actually do it. *grin*

Excuses

My excuse for not updating or uploading anything new to this site for a while is that I've been interrupted by life. Summer is always like that, busy busy. We do have pictures to go up but I was sick on Braden's birthday so the pix are all of the printed and not digital kind so I have to wait till we scan them in to post any of his birthday pix.

We do of course also have some of Gimini's birthday and Independence Day. Then there are the pix we have taken just because we could take em. So hopefully I'll get around to finding the time to actually upload them.

In other news, both Gimini and Jadynn's computers are down at the moment and my laptop nearly was... don't ask, it involves Gimini and a glass of tea... luckily there is such a thing as a USB keyboard.... ;-)

Resurection

I just set up blogger to publish to this page. Some things will work odd like the link for making a comment will pull a page from blogger.com into this iframe since blogger doesn't seem to have a way for me to add in target="_new" to their variable. Oh well...

I've left some of my old entries and deleted a few that were just some silly quizzes. I used to use this before I decided to get on LiveJournal and since I have the account anyway, I decided it would be an easy way for me to add content to the Village front page. *grin* I'll use this to tell about updates to the site and sometimes to tell a cute kid story. Stay tuned!

just doing my duty lol

Ok, last night was really awesome!

I also did my duty as HPs and got sick so no one else had to... ;-p

Ok, ok, here's what happened... we were drinking beer, then we had wine with the rite, then I smoked some cannibus that was passed around, and I didn't get a chance to eat a proper meal before the rite started so on top of being shit faced, my sugar dropped way too low so I got sick and nearly passed out. BLEH!

Ok, so lesson learned... next time I should eat no matter how late we are running, and I should not mix beer, wine, and pot...

but, it was a really AWESOME BELTANE! *grin*
